  • Project Description: Our client has been live with Workday HR and Payroll for 15,000 employees and recently 3 new companies that are on 3 separate and unique Lawson HR/Payroll systems that will be combined into one Workday environment.

     

    Job Description: Our client has been live With Workday and are in support mode.  At this point this client has been looking for a Workday manager to help the leadership team For over a year and are now looking for a contract Workday manager for over year and are now looking for a contract Workday manager to help provide guidance and Drive projects related to HR.

    The team consists of a director or HRIS, a Workday configuration manager, and five analysts. The work has piled up for the leaders of the group and additional hands on leadership is needed. This consultant must have an in-depth knowledge of Workday absence this consultant must have an in-depth knowledge of Workday absence, time tracking, payroll, benefits, and core HCM. They will be in charge of guiding a team of five Workday analysts  and will sit in a leadership role under the director of HRIS and work hand in hand with the other Workday configuration manager. This consultant will help push change control processes and partner with the other Workday configuration manager to take on Workday releases.

     It’s consultant must have both hands on configuration experience across all modules (most importantly absence, time and payroll)  and have a proven track record of leadership within Workday projects.

     

    Required skills:
    Workday Management 3+ Years
    Configuration expert in Absence, Time, Payroll, Benefits and Core
    Experience leading team of workday analysts
    Experience working Within director, VP, and C level management
    Understanding of HR processes and concepts
    Industry experience

  • Background:

    Our Client is currently live Workday HCM, Absence, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent, Time Tracking, and Payroll and also Workday Financials for Accounting (GL, AP, AR) Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Grants, and Projects.

    The hiring manager is leaving the company and requires an Absence and HCM expert to support her team of two while our client sources her replacement.

    Our client is in the process of acquiring/merging with a company and requires additional help during this transition.


    Project:

    Our client requires a consultant who is strong in with HCM and Absence configuration. This consultant will configure 4-5 PTO plans, and conduct testing following the configuration. This consultant should also be able to map 401K plans in the Benefits module and answer any Benefits questions as needed. This consultant will also bring in Payroll data from the company our client is merging/acquiring and be comfortable creating the EIB. Lastly, this consultant should have experience with taxes, and answer questions as to why security isn’t working correctly.


    Required:

    Workday Absence 4+ years

    Prior company acquisition/merger experience
